The Challenge

Baanx are an exciting FinTech scale up who focus on bridging the gap between fiat and digital currency. At a very early stage, they were struggling to access the specialist talent they required to deliver crucial development work of both their core API services and Front-End platform. Owing to the complexity of work and somewhat restrictive delivery timescale, they required expert help in consulting on their existing status and consequent delivery of a solution.

The Solution

We were engaged to understand the scope of the issue and consult on consequent delivery of a solution. After undergoing a discovery process, we agreed with the Baanx team that an interim approach would be most appropriate. From here, we were able to utilise our extensive network expert JavaScript developers (providing technical skills such as Node.js, React, AWS) to deliver a team of 3 developers on an interim basis to augment the small, existing Baanx team.

The Result

By providing the partner with the technical expertise they were previously lacking, the team were able to contribute to delivering key API development work and well-executed website development. This includes expediting delivery over the course of 6-9 months. Today, Baanx are going from strength to strength. The business is steadily growing and continue to develop exciting partnerships within the FinTech space.
