THE CHALLENGE
TitanOS (now recognised as one of LinkedIn’s Top 20 startups in Europe) needed to go from zero to a fully scaled global organisation in under two years. That meant not just hiring at volume, but getting the founding and leadership team right first: the people who would set the culture, build the product, and attract the next wave of talent behind them.
Scaling from 0 to 150 people across Tech, Product, Sales and AdTech, across multiple markets; requires a talent partner who can operate at both strategic and operational levels simultaneously. The wrong early hires at a company like this don’t just cost money; they cost momentum.
WHY AMIGOS
TitanOS engaged us because of our deep industry expertise in the CTV and AdTech space – the same ecosystem we’ve built hiring pipelines for across Accedo, Deltatre, DAZN and many others. They needed a partner who already understood the market, knew the key players, and could move at the speed a high-growth startup demands.
OUR APPROACH
We began at the top, working with TitanOS leadership to hire the founding team and key leadership appointments that would define the company’s direction. With that foundation in place, we built out a scalable hiring process across four functions simultaneously: Technology, Product, Sales, and AdTech.
Operating across multiple markets required both local knowledge and a global network, something we were able to bring from our presence in both the UK and Spain, and our connections across the European and US startup ecosystem.
THE RESULT
We supported TitanOS from their first hire to their 150th, across 12 to 24 months of sustained, high-quality hiring. The company is now one of the most recognised emerging players in the European CTV space, with a team built to compete on a global stage.
