Improving clinical documentation efficiency while giving clinicians back the time to focus on what matters most: their patients. It is one of the most consequential applications of AI in an industry where the stakes couldn’t be higher.

Scaling a software engineering team at an AI healthcare company demands a very specific kind of candidate; engineers who combine strong technical fundamentals with a genuine belief in the mission, and who can operate in a high-trust, high-stakes environment. Finding that combination at pace, in a competitive market for AI engineering talent, is not straightforward.
