The Challenge

Accedo is a video streaming provider that focuses on delivering world-class OTT and CTV solutions to leading broadcasters. Accedo, over a lengthy period, were having issues securing niche talent and scaling development teams across multiple workstreams for several key clients. This was inhibiting their ability to deliver certain projects within desired timescales and taking focus away on development work from vital Accedo stakeholders.

The Solution

By working closely with members of the Accedo team, we were able to form an understanding of the existing shortcomings in their team structure and, importantly, some of the more niche aspects of the technical profiles they required (these included skills like Front End development experience with libraries like React, specifically from a CTV background). After this initial period of discovery, we were able to go to market and use our network to identify and ultimately provide a mid-term pipeline of talent to augment the Accedo teams working across several client projects.

The Result

Over the period of roughly 24 months we delivered great talent, from Front End Developers to Automation experts, for projects with some of Accedo’s biggest clients. This resulted in the successful delivery of multiple important streaming projects within previously identified timescales and within allotted budgets.
